After much planning and collaboration, we launched Count Me In, Fairhaven this fall at the Fairhaven School in Niles, OH. Fairhaven (formal name: Trumbull County Board of Developmental Disabilities) is a countywide organization providing services and support to physically and/or mentally impaired and/or disabled individuals and their families. Fairhaven currently serves approximately 1,100 people. Our Count Me In, Fairhaven program, taught by Jon Dean, features the TRAP curriculum and serves 10 students, aged 11-19.
We’re excited to be working with the school’s dynamic principal, Rosanne Morrell, and grateful for the funding support we’ve received from Millwood, Inc. and the Community Foundation of the Mahoning Valley. We’re looking forward to a great school year!
